After that date, no further services (including service hotline) regarding the product will be provided. We are sorry to inform you that we will discontinue services for CloudWAN 0.5 (CloudWAN Mobile in App Store) from today. CloudWAN 0.5 is an early version of the AppEx CloudWAN client, and it has stopped updating since the release of CloudWAN 3.0 in 2020. We have released CloudWAN 3.5, and CloudWAN 0.5 will be removed from the App Store. AppEx will discontinue all services including software download, installation, update, and operation & maintenance for CloudWAN 0.5. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are still using CloudWAN 0.5, it is recommended that you download and use the latest version of CloudWAN, which will provide you with richer features and better services.
